I've tried a couple of other cous cous recipes but this is the only one that has been a keeper. It's actually supposed to have fresh mint in it too...but that overpowers everything and makes it sort of bitter (to me).<br />We ate some tangine meals in Morocco...mystery meat and all! Never thought about trying it at home. Can't get Marilyn to eat anything with a similar texture... Rice, orzo, grits, cream of wheat, all out... I think it is popular in tangine cookery (both the dish and the vessel)...
