breakfast or lunch?

Most conventional breakfast foods just don't seem very appealing to me.  Usually, I will eat leftovers or maybe toast with peanut butter, but this is one of my favorite things for breakfast and probably the most healthy and low calorie.

Behold! The Turkey Wrap!

One 'flatout' brand wrap        90 calories
2 oz. Kroger deli turkey          60 calories
1 Tbsp. Miracle Whip            40 calories
Romaine lettuce                        8 calories
Roma Tomato                         35 calories
                                                233 total Calories

Chewy and crunchy - gives you a feeling of having eaten something substantial.

The 'flatout' wraps are usually in the grocery bakery section. They have about the same calories and carbs as one slice of bread but you can put a lot more stuff on them.

I have used flour tortillas for this same purpose but they usually have a bit of a doughy taste.

The 'flatouts' advertise that they make great pizza crusts, so we tried that, but meh...didn't care for it. That's where to use the flour tortillas.
