I have had this machine since Christmas 2012...so about 15 months and this is the first time I have looked under here. I think a lot of this may have come from the flannel I used on that last quilt.
A lot of dust and some broken threads.
I brushed off all I could see and then held the vacuum nozzle up close at a couple of different angles.
Here it is all clean and shiny!
I oiled it in a few places as shown in the manual. I will start checking this more often and keep a note card with the dates written that I added oil and gave it a cleaning.
Back to sewing!
